As Director of Realty Fred Koelsch participates in all aspects of real estate development for the Young Companies from deal evaluation, financing and acquisitions to marketing, leasing and sales. Mr. Koelsch has over 30 years experience in real estate development working as a land use planner, municipal attorney, including Corporation Counsel for the City of New Rochelle, land use attorney as a partner in the law firm Shamberg Marwell and Director of Realty Investment for another private real estate company. His unique experience enables him to help The Young Companies deliver high quality, successful real estate development that receive high acclaim from investors, the community and government. Mr. Koelsch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental studies from the SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law, and a Masters of Law in Environmental Law from Pace Law School.
